If your hand or upper-limb injury is the result of an accident, it's very likely ACC-approved — and that means no charge at your appointment, including any splints or braces you need. We lodge the claim for you, so there's nothing to sort out beforehand. You don't need a referral.

Your first visit is about 45 minutes. We listen to your story, assess your hand, explain what's going on in plain language, and build a treatment plan together. You'll leave knowing exactly what's happening and what comes next.

For ACC-approved injuries, splints and braces are included at no extra cost. For private patients, they're priced separately depending on the type of support you need — we'll always talk you through the cost before fitting anything. (Private splint/brace price range to confirm with Restore.)

No. You can book directly with us — no GP visit first. If you do have a referral from a GP, physiotherapist or surgeon, bring it along, but it isn't required to be seen.

Just yourself and your ID. If you have an ACC claim number, bring that too. We'll complete the intake form with you at reception — there's nothing to fill out before you arrive.
